| A. Malachi Mixon, III
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer.
Mixon has led the company since 1979 when he and a group of Cleveland based investors bought Invacare from then parent Johnson & Johnson. He serves on the boards of several Cleveland area corporations and civic organizations. Mixon is highly regarded in the Cleveland business community and has been recognized nationally for his entrepreneurial skill and leadership. He received his education, BA and MBA, from Harvard, and served four years in the Marine Corps prior to launching his business career.

| Gerald B. Blouch
President and Chief Operating Officer
Blouch joined Invacare in 1990 and currently is responsible for the operations of all domestic and international business units. Gerald B. Blouch was named President and a Director of the company in November 1996. His experience includes previous stints as CFO and president and general manager at other companies. He is active in the Cleveland civic and business communities, serving on several committees and boards. Blouch received his BA from Bowling Green University and an MA from Ohio State University.

| Joseph B. Richey, II
Senior Vice President, Electronic and Design Engineering
Richey has been a Director with the Company since 1980 and in September 1992 was named President - Invacare Technologies and Senior Vice President - Electronics and Design Engineering. Richey has numerous patents in the medical field registered in his name, is the author or co-author of several technical publications, and has been honored for his inventions by several engineering and scientific organizations. He serves on the board of several Cleveland area corporations and received his BSEE from Case Institute of Technology.

| Louis F. J. Slangen
Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing
Slangen oversees Invacare's worldwide sales and marketing efforts. Prior to assuming his current role, he was president of the rehab division, with responsibility for all aspects of the prescription wheelchair business. Slangen was named Senior Vice President - Sales & Marketing in December 1994 and from September 1989 to December 1994 was Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Slangen has in-depth sales and marketing experience in the consumer products industry through sales and marketing positions held with Norelco, Philips, Magnavox, and Genie divisions in the U.S. and Europe with Philips Royal Electronics, one of the world's leading electronics companies. Slangen is a graduate of Nijenrode University in The Netherlands. He received his BBA from the University of Puget Sound and his MBA from Oregon State University.

| Bill Corcoran
Corporate Treasurer
Bill has been with Invacare since 1989. He has been Corporate Treasurer since September, 1999. Prior positions he has held with Invacare include General Manager Aftermarket Parts Business, General Manager Stationary Oxygen Business, Vice President Customer Service, Vice President Sales Administration, Vice President Financial Services and General Manager Invacare Credit Corporation. Prior to joining Invacare, Bill held a variety of positions with American Hospital Supply Corporation and Baxter Healthcare Corporation. Bill received his BA from Brooklyn College and MBA from Bernard M. Baruch College.

Kovacs is responsible for providing strategic direction to the newly created Invacare Parts and Service Business. Kovacs joined Invacare in 1989 in the financial services department, and since then, she has held progressively responsible positions in financial services, contract pricing, sales administration and customer service. Kovacs has a bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Ashland University.

He has over 20 years experience in purchasing and inventory control management. Makiaris has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration fromBaldwin Wallace College.
